  • candidates or potential candidates who are registered to receive information from us;

Crewby is a recruitment business which specialises in recruiting fly in, fly out’ (“FIFO”) workers for employers in the mining, oil and gas industries.

4.2 Nothing in these Website Terms and Conditions or your use of the Website has the effect of transferring, assigning, licensing or otherwise transmitting any of Crewby’s  intellectual property to you.

4.3 You may not, without the prior written permission of Crewby (and the consent of any other third-party owner) broadcast, republish, up-load to a third party, transmit, post, distribute, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the Crewby’s intellectual property or third-party content for any purpose.

8.2.4 the parties will be bound by the decision of the selected expert with respect to the complaint; and

8.2.5 the parties will share the costs of engaging the expert equally.

9. Governing Law

While Crewby takes reasonable steps to assess suitability in accordance with standard processes, Crewby does not independently verify candidate information, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of candidate information, or any candidate’s performance, conduct, suitability or retention.

Employers are responsible for conducting their own interviews, reference checks and compliance assessments prior to engaging any candidate. All decisions relating to any candidates are made solely at the employer’s discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewby does not accept and expressly disclaims any liability arising from any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from reliance on candidate information, any hiring decision, or any act or omission of any candidate.
