Refer a mate

We believe good people, know good people. So, if you’ve been appointed through Crewby and know someone who would suit entry-level FIFO work, we’d love to hear from you, and them.

How it works

  • Your mate applies to Crewby via email.
  • They must tell us your full name at the time they apply.
  • We will record that referral before they’re appointed to a role.
  • If they’re placed and complete 3 months on site, and you’re both still employed in your Crewby-appointed roles, you’ll receive a $50 gift card.

Referrals can’t be added after someone has started in a role, so make sure they mention your name when they apply.

  • We must have a record of your referral.

  • All candidates go through our normal screening process.

Bonus

For every month you remain employed in your Crewby-appointed role, and your referred mate is still employed in theirs, your name goes into a monthly draw to win another $100 gift card.
Both of you must still be employed in your Crewby-appointed roles at the time of the draw.
Only the referrer is eligible to win the monthly gift card.
